A Totally Random Towel Day List!
May 25th is Towel Day! A tribute to Douglas Adams, author of The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy. Towel Day sees fans carrying towels with them as part of their daily activities. According to Hitchhiker's Guide, a towel is about the most massively useful thing an interstellar hitchhiker can have. You can wrap it around you, you can lie on it, you can sleep under it, you can use it as a sail, you can wet it for hand-to-hand-combat, you can wave your towel as a distress signal and of course dry yourself off with it if it still seems clean enough. Any person who can travel the galaxy and still know where his towel is, is clearly a person to be reckoned with. So DON’T PANIC, no matter what the day throws at you, draw comfort from the knowledge you have your towel!
